Medal was established to support self-dependent systematic growth and progression of developing countries, transitional economies and post conflict countries in the MENA region using top notch international models to offer local solutions at international standards in the areas of socio-economic development and institutional excellence. Medal represents a group of management and socio-economic consulting companies. We started in Jordan in 2007 and later between 2012 – 2015 expanded through representation offices in Iraq, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Lebanon, UAE, Ukraine and USA. We deliver socio-economic development consulting services for countries of the MENA region in rehabilitation and development stages. We serve wide range of clients including; government, donors, international agencies, as well as corporations and NGOs.
AcrossLimits is a dynamic Maltese technology research and consulting SME with its roots firmly derived from the innovation and ICT sectors. The company was established in June 2001 as a limited liability company. Our years of experience have enabled us to maintain a clear vision of how the global markets and international trade operate. Therefore, we also provide Export Consulting. We do not just help companies to operate effectively within the regions which they are based. On the contrary, we want to maximise our relationships with our clients by encouraging entrepreneurs to take the necessary steps in order to go across the border and export their products and services. There are endless opportunities available to enter new and innovative markets, which is why we strive to give SMEs the drive and confidence they need. Ready4Export was born from the collaboration between Medal Consulting and AcrossLimits, two firms passionate about helping organizations break barriers and enter new markets.
Our Story
In 2019, two women-owned dedicated businesses, one is Medal Consulting located in Jordan in the Middle East, and the other is Across Limits located in Malta in Europe, joined efforts to bridge gaps between Europe, Middle East, and the rest of the world, through SMEs collaboration in joint projects, exchange of experiences and export readiness advisory. This joint effort was inspired by Medal’s extended experiences in using International Trade Center tools, and by AcrossLimits’s extended experience in digital transformation. These experiences combined, supported by both firms’ global network of experts lead to the creation of Ready4Export
Ready4Export utilized digitization to bridge distance and expertise gaps bringing top notch experts to offer advisory on export readiness enhancements from around the globe.
Through Ready4Export we also contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions through replacing global travel and commuting with an accessible digital platform that offers subjective and scientific in-depth diagnosis of SMEs readiness, and relevant advisory from a global pool of subject matter experts.
Through Ready4Export, we also aim at enhancing the accessibility of export readiness assessment and advisory, through ensuring the affordability of the service so it can serve SMEs at early stages of growth with limited resources as well as businesses in remote locations.
